12 Week Couch To Sprint Triathlon Program
This is for those that are brand new to triathlon training – a well rounded introduction to training for a triathlon taking into account all fitness levels and allowing for plenty of recovery time as you increase volume, distance and complexity. By the end of this 12 weeks you will notice a huge improvement in both your overall cardiovascular fitness and confidence to complete a Sprint Distance Triathlon race.
A Sprint Triathlon is a 750m Swim, 20km Bike and 5km Run, so by following this program, Ellie will ensure that you are able to build up to these distances safely no matter your individual starting point.
Have aspirations to race one day – this is the only place to start.
